The 10 Best Brunch Cafes In Singapore

Wild Honey

What’s that? You’ve been to Wild Honey? Well, that’s fantastic! Because we can’t really say we’ve tasted the best breakfast experience without having been to Wild Honey!

Wild Honey offers an all-day breakfast menu, inspired by a love of travel and all things breakfast, so you can go there and enjoy the best and most savoury French toast anytime you want. And we love that!

Another thing to die for about Wild Honey is the fact that their menu is basically a VIP ticket around the world. They have breakfast plates from Brazil, Tunisia, Jerusalem, France, Texas… the list keeps going and going! And what’s more, they have vegetarian options too!

We recommend trying out their Jerusalem shakshukit—a hearty plate of deconstructed lamb and beef kebabs with cured lemon, tapenade & harissa—or their Scandinavian breakfast plate of grilled salmon fillet, green asparagus spears, crisp potato rosti and Hollandaise sauce. For a vegetarian option, there’s the Moroccan breakfast plate of spiced carrot, chickpea fritters, carrot hummus, harissa, labneh, poached egg, schug, roasted heirloom carrots and dukkah.

Additionally, Wild Honey’s menu has a huge selection of mocktails, kombucha, cocktails, wine, and beer. And their coffee? Chef’s kiss. They serve iced cold brew, 7 spices chai latte, cappuccino, Turkish coffee, Turmeric latte and more!

They have three restaurants located at Mandarin Gallery, Scotts Square and South Beach.

Baristart Coffee

Baristart Coffee began as a little coffee stand and has since grown to become one of Singapore’s most well-known and best cafes. The glory of this establishment is their Hokkaido milk, which is of the greatest quality and well-known among regular customers.

By the way, you can expect more than just creamy lattes here. They now provide a full menu that includes pasta, sandwiches, rice bowls, parfaits, salads, waffles, and other munchies.

You might wann try their Hokkaido Carbonara, Obihiro Butadon, Roku Kinoko, Hokkaido Tontoro Salad.

Baristart’s welcoming and attentive staff allow you to select your favourite coffee bean for a more personalized experience. Many of their clients appreciate this since it guarantees them a personalized cup of coffee whenever they visit.

Brawn and Brains Coffee

The Brawn & Brains Coffee is a Singapore-based coffee roaster, cafe, and retailer. They roast their coffee in tiny amounts in order to bring out the best flavours and qualities in each cup.

Because of its welcoming atmosphere, this cafe is quite popular. The emphasis on freshness and quality in the meals is the key lure for most customers. Many people think the costs are reasonable, especially when they consider what they get for their money.

Their mains include Fresh Avocado on Toast, Eggs and Bacon Cheeseburger, Classic Pancakes, Aglio e Olio With Miso Garlic Prawn In White Wine Sauce, and more!

They have a physical shop at 218 East Coast Road.

Dutch Colony Coffee Co.

Dutch Colony Coffee Co. began giving an authentic bean-to-cup experience in its first store at Pasarbella, a rustic and open farmers’ market in Singapore, inspired by the Dutch’s contribution to the history of coffee. They eventually expanded and relocated, but the excellence of their coffee remained consistent. They are dedicated to providing higher quality control to our manufacturing as well as enhancing their services to their growing clientele, from the bean they source to the cup they serve.

Their menu offers breakfast like french toasts, salmon eggs benedict, bagels, croissants, and more. Their coffee selection is massive, from espresso-based to filtered. They also have shakes and teas.

Boomarang Bistro & Bar

We love Boomarang for its simple approach to dining and happy hour. Boomarang offers a breakfast menu starting at 6 AM in the morning, lunch & dinner, and they even have a section for the little ones!

You might want to try their Smoked Salmon Brioche, Boomarang Benedict, Coolangatta, or Avocado and Feta Smash with a mug—yes, you read that right—of their Aussi Iced Coffee. If you want a cocktail, however, you can choose from Bloody Mary, Bellini, Grand Mimosa, Espresso Martini, or Latte Martini.

Boomerang also serves schnitzels and burgers for lunch and dinner, some pasta options, pizza, and a grilled special every day.
